At their May 9 meeting, the Board of Trustees voted to freeze academic year 2003-2004 tuition and fees for students who attended the University this year. The freeze will be accompanied by a 9.9 percent tuition and fee increase for new Illinois State students. Under the plan, tuition and fees for continuing full-time students will total $4,857 for the 2003-2004 academic year. The cost for new students will be $5,340.
