Illinois State University held an open house in September to give students, faculty, staff and community members their first look at the newly renovated Wilkins Hall.  To view before and after photos of Wilkins Hall, visit the Wilkins Hall Photo Album.

The Wilkins Hall $6.1 million renovation was the first of a $40 million project to rehabilitate and replace every University residence hall.  Wilkins Hall, part of the West Campus Residence Hall Complex, was built in 1962. It is 12 stories tall and houses 400 students. The renovation included replacing, upgrading or rehabilitating all major building systems and room finishes, including flooring and painting, and a new sprinkler system and upgrades to the fire detection and alarm systems as well as improvement of the building’s accessibility and elevator remodeling.
