Students participated in a fundraising challenge this semester as they worked to raise money for additional equipment for a climbing wall that will make the new Student Fitness and Kinesiology/Recreation building even more unique.
The Al Bowman Rockstar Challenge came to an end on March 16, President Bowman’s birthday. The following student organizations were recognized for most dollars raised: ISU Student Foundation, Student-Athlete Advisory Council, and Student Speech & Hearing Association.
Each of the winning student organizations received a prize package that included lunch with President Bowman, campus-wide marketing campaign by University Marketing and Communications, printing package from printing services, catering package from Campus Dining and media package from The Daily Vidette.
