Fifteen pages of introductory material and exercises will be sent to participants upon receipt of their payment to quickly acquaint them with the concepts and prepare them for the workshop.

“Many of our clients are struggling right now because of the poor economy, but we want to show them that they don’t have to be a victim of circumstance,” said Elizabeth Binning, director of the Illinois Small Business Development Center at Illinois State. “If small businesses can get out of the mindset that ‘my sales are down because of the economy’, then we can show them how they can grow their revenue streams despite customers being more particular about where they spend their money.”
