The Illinois State University Symphonic Band will perform in concert on Thursday, March 3, at 8 p.m. in the University’s Center for the Performing Arts Concert Hall. Tickets are $8 for general admission, $7 for faculty and staff and $6 for students and seniors.

The Symphonic Band will perform Percy Grainger’s Children’s March: “Over the Hills and Far Away”, Vincent Persichetti’s Symphony of Band, John Williams’ Catch Me If You Can, and In the Twilight of a Sunless World by Illinois State University alumnus Roy D. Magnuson.

The Symphonic Band is conducted by Daniel Belongia, assistant director of bands in Illinois State University’s School of Music.
