3,2,1…Blast off! At planetarium

The Illinois State University Planetarium will present the family favorite 3-2-1… Blast Off!, running through July 22.  Show times are 2 p.m. on Wednesdays and 7:30 p.m. on Fridays.

The show features two youngsters, Devon and Alex, exploring the solar system aboard cyber-ship Sol 1.  Together with their guide, Pixel, the children visit each of the planets that circle the Sun.

Admission to Planetarium shows is $4 for adults, $3 for children ages 5-12 and seniors, and $2 for children ages 3-4.  Planetarium members are admitted free of charge.

The Planetarium is located under the white domed roof at the eastern end of Felmley Hall of Science at the intersection of School Street. and College Avenue. in Normal.
