Students who registered for IT398 Professional Practice and worked at an internship position during the Summer 2011 session need to complete the Professional Practice requirements to receive academic credit for their internship. You must submit the student evaluation form and employer evaluation form to Tal Parmenter, then complete an internship “exit interview” with Tal to receive your grade and Professional Practice credit for the summer term. This should be done now at your earliest opportunity.
Both completed evaluation forms must be submitted before your exit interview can be scheduled. You can download the evaluation forms from the School of Information Technology website at ttp://it.illinoisstate.edu/undergraduate/internships/ You can submit completed evaluations to the School of Information Technology office in OU202. Evaluations may be submitted by mail to:

Once your evaluations have been submitted, send Tal an email stating what days and times you are available for the interview. Tal will then schedule your interview.
