- The position involves a variety of duties (programming, database work, developing systems, enhancing systems, maintaining systems)
- Candidates should understand the software development life cycle and those processes (creating specs, technology pilots, analyzing performance)
- Programming skills to look for: Java, .NET, VB, SQL, HTML, Business Objects
- Relational Database skills to look for: DB2, Oracle, SQL-Server, MS-Access using SQL
