Illinois State alumni and fans who want to be a part of the 2011 Cancun Challenge still have an opportunity. While the Redbird men’s basketball team faces Rutgers and either Illinois or Richmond in a second game, fans can enjoy the luxury of the Moon Palace Resort & Spa in Cancun, Mexico.

The all-tournament pass costs $250 and provides general admission entry to all eight men’s basketball games played in Cancun. Individual session passes are also available for $80 per day for the Mayan Division, and $90 per day for the Riviera Division.

The flight with American Airlines is scheduled for 8:20 a.m. on November 20, with a 12:05 p.m. arrival in Cancun. The return flight leaves at 1:20 p.m., on November 24, arriving at Chicago O’Hare at 5:15 p.m. Flight times are subject to change.
