The Illinois State University Foundation would like to announce two new appointments to its Board of Directors. Derek C. Vogler is VP Wealth Management Investments for COUNTRY Trust Bank in Bloomington-Normal. He is a 1993 finance graduate of the College of Business who also received his M.B.A. at Illinois State. James R. Mounier (mon-e-air) from Rockford, is the senior vice president of investments and wealth investment advisor with The Mounier & Larson Group at Merrill Lynch. Welcome to each of these new Foundation board members. We thank them for their service to Illinois State.
