The eighth annual Redbird Fan Fair will take place August 18 on the Illinois State campus, and patrons will have the opportunity to enjoy competitive scrimmages and carnival games.
The fair will be held at “The Plaza,” located in between Redbird Arena and Horton Field House from 2–4 p.m. The event, which is free to the public, is held in conjunction with the official kick-off of the 2012 athletics season as both the Redbird volleyball and football teams will be holding Red/White scrimmages. The volleyball scrimmage will precede Redbird Fan Fair at noon, in Redbird Arena, and the football scrimmage will follow the festivities at 4 p.m., in Hancock Stadium.
In addition, the first 500 Reggie’s Kids Club members to check in at Redbird Fan Fair will receive a free 2012 Reggie’s Kids Club T-Shirt. If your children are not already signed up for the Reggie’s Kids Club, take advantage of the free membership!
