The TRX suspension trainer utilizes your body weight to give you the best workout possible.

By integrating a blend of strength, balance, coordination, cardiovascular fitness, and flexibility, the TRX has an endless list of exercises.

“This class will help improve your overall fitness in ways that are different from other exercise routines,” said Scott Berkowitz, coordinator of Fitness. “Our certified personal trainers will help you learn how to use the TRX system, and will help you reach your fitness goals.”

Campus Recreation will be offering three different sessions of  TRX Body Sculpt, providing you with many opportunities to take your training to the next level.  Cost is $25 per session, with sessions starting October 15, 16 or 17.
