The spring 2013 Meal Plan Change Request Form will be available starting Oct. 2 on the Campus Dining website (Dining.IllinoisState.edu).
Students livings in the residence halls, at Cardinal Court, or off-campus can use the form to change their spring meal plan selection through January 9, 2013. All meal plans will automatically remain the same in the spring semester unless this form is used to change it.
Students living at Cardinal Court or off-campus can also use the form to opt out of the spring meal plan.
Please note, in order for any remaining Flex Dollars to roll over into the spring, a meal plan must be retained. All fall meal plan meals expire at the end of the fall semester.
