and gladly would he learn and gladly teach: a tribute to Gordon Fidler is a lithograph print created by Illinois State Art Professor and Normal Editions Workshop Director Richard Finch.

The print was commissioned as a memorial to Fidler ’51 by his daughters, Tammy Swinford-Potts ’73 and Marta Eynatten ’76. He was an ISU business professor, president of the University’s Alumni Association, and recipient of the E. Burton Mercier Alumni Award. The lithograph print was dedicated during Homecoming weekend and is displayed in the Alumni Relations Office at the Alumni Center.
