For some, the beginning of the year signals a time for wellness-related goals. If you are up to the challenge of making yourself a priority in 2013, join SEVEN!

SEVEN is a free program available to students, faculty, and staff that focuses on the seven dimensions of wellness: emotional, environmental, intellectual, physical, social, spiritual, and vocational. Participants log wellness activities online at Activities are logged for points. Earn 100 or more points each month (10 or more activities) and you will be entered into monthly drawings for prize packages that include tickets to campus and local events, items to help your wellness journey such as yoga mats, small appliances, and other items.
