Many units of the Dean of Students Office will be hosting awards ceremonies in the month of April.

The 25th annual Commitment to Diversity Awards will be held Sunday, April 7, in the Bone Student Center. The Commitment to Diversity Awards recognize students, registered student organizations, faculty, and staff who have demonstrated outstanding curricular and co-curricular programming, service, and research that exemplifies the University’s commitment to diversity.

Also hosted each year is the Student Involvement Recognition Ceremony, co-sponsored by the Student Involvement Center and the Student Alumni Council. This ceremony honors Illinois State students, registered student organizations, and advisors for excellence in student involvement. This year’s Student Involvement Recognition Ceremony will be held on Sunday, April 14.

And finally, the annual Fraternity and Sorority Awards is scheduled for Wednesday, April 17 in the Bone Student Center. These awards are meant to honor and recognize the members of Illinois State’sĀ fraternal community who have helped set the bar and have challenged each Greek student to strive for excellence and be leaders on campus and in our community.
