Off-Campus Services, offered through Student and Community Outreach, provides Illinois State University students with support and services to help enhance their off-campus living experience.
These services include Off-Campus 101 sessions, which help students learn more about their rights and responsibilities when moving off campus. Some of the topics include leases, security deposits, living within the Bloomington-Normal community, roommates, apartment searching, and subleasing. You can bring your lease to the Students’ Attorney for review before you sign it.

Can I live in Tremont Illinois while attending ISU?
Students who are eligible to live off-campus are not limited to living in traditional, off-campus student apartments in Normal. You could live in Tremont and attend Illinois State University.
