Starting August 12: ReggieNet refresher courses

New to Illinois State University’s leaning management system, ReggieNet?  Need a refresher on how to use this powerful teaching tool?  Then starting August 12, CTLT can help you… with no appointment needed!

As part of our Faculty Prep Week, we’ll offer two-hour courses on ReggieNet– how to set up basic grade book functions, upload materials like syllabi and study guides, post announcements, and create online assignments.  Sessions last about two hours and are free to faculty and staff with teaching responsibilities.

Sessions are held at the Center for Teaching, Learning, and Technology’s offices at the ITDC Building, on South Main Street. Times are:

  • August 12 (Monday) 1–3 p.m.
  • August 13 (Tuesday) 9–11 a.m.
  • August 14 (Wednesday) 10 a.m.–Noon
  • August 15 (Thursday) 2–4 p.m.

Again, you don’t need to register in advance for these workshops.  We do ask that you arrive on time– we have a lot to cover in just two hours!  Also, parking near our facility is at a premium.  We recommend you walk to our location or give yourself ample time to hunt for a parking space.

We’ll have more specialized short courses on specific ReggieNet applications later in the fall.  Details will be coming soon to CTLT.IllinoisState.edu and our social media pages, like Facebook and Twitter.
