Beginning fall 2013, all entry doors to residential areas will be locked at all times; previously doors were secured during overnight hours.

University staff and student leaders have been working on 24/7 access to further increase security in residential buildings.

Residents may access their building by swiping their Redbird card at card readers located on the exterior entrance of their building. Guests of students who do not live in the building will need to be registered at the front desk during their visit.
