Each weekday from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., the dean of students or one of the associate deans is available to any student to discuss concerns or any questions about your time at Illinois State University. Whether it is an academic or medical issue, personal concern, or questions about university policies, the Dean on Duty can provide assistance and guidance.

In addition to the Dean on Duty, our Mobile Dean is also present on select days and times during the academic year on the Quad. Stop by to visit with Associate Dean of Students Rick Lewis, ask him questions, and receive a giveaway! The Mobile Dean is also currently offering a Dean for a Day program where a student will be selected to shadow Lewis, and will be shadowed by him for a day as well. Follow @ISUMobile_Dean on Twitter and use #ISUDeanforaDay to enter for a chance to win! One student will be randomly selected from the entries. The winner must be available for two days during the first two weeks of November for shadowing. Students can also call (309) 438-2008 or visit Ask the Dean for additional information.
