Free food. Free music. Football and tailgating. It doesn’t get much better for Illinois State University students than Homecoming.

On Wednesday, students can enjoy free food, games, and entertainment at the Homecoming Carnival. That same night they also are invited to the Normal Theater for the Illinois State University Film Festival featuring the ’80s comedy classic Uncle Buck. On Thursday, they can check out the Symphonic Band concert or the musical Spring Awakening. Friday will feature the Bonfire and Royalty Crowning. Saturday boasts a full-day of activities: the Town and Gown 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk, the Homecoming Parade, tailgating, and the Homecoming football game.
