What was your favorite place to eat on campus while you were a student?

For Illinois State’s nearly 200,000 alumni, the answer to that question depends on their graduation year. Many of today’s freshmen probably couldn’t tell you where the now-shuttered Feeney Dining Center is located, even though thousands of alumni will never forget their time there. Same goes for countless other on-campus dining spots that have closed to make way for today’s tasty offerings.

With some help from Milner Library’s Dr. Jo Ann Rayfield Archives, here’s a quick look at Illinois State’s on-campus food experience—then and now.

Today, Campus Dining Services at Illinois State offers a wide variety of menu selections at many locations across campus. Check out Campus Dining’s website for a list of dining centers and other places to eat on campus.
