The Planning, Research and Policy Analysis (PRPA) website recently underwent a facelift.

Working with Web and Interactive Communications, PRPA set out to revise its website to better serve the needs of the University. The goals of the revision were to improve campus awareness of the office as well as streamline and improve navigation of the site to make it easier for visitors to find information.

Last summer, Web and Interactive Communications conducted two focus groups with colleagues who frequently interact with PRPA to understand what information and services PRPA provides that are most useful to them. Additionally, Web and Interactive Communications gained a better understanding from the participants about how they utilize the PRPA website and what they would like to see in the future. The results of the focus groups formed the basis for many of the changes to the PRPA site.

Although the new site debuted in January, it remains a work in progress. PRPA will continually update and add to the site as needs are identified. PRPA is committed to serving the needs of the campus community, and believes that keeping the website accessible and easy to use is critical to achieving that goal.
