Illinois State University held its annual Research Symposium April 11 at the Bone Student Center. The symposium gives the public a chance to see some of the excellent research done by students.
Hanna Fry, Katie Ruben, Rebecca Feld, and Jenna Simpson presented their research findings concerning “Mathieu Subspaces of Rings of 2×2 Matrices Over Certain Fields.” Mathematics Professor Wenhua Zhao oversaw the research.
