Matthew Helm speaks at a meeting

Assistant Vice President for Administrative Technologies Matthew Helm at a previous LEAPForward town hall.

Join the LEAPForward team for the next town hall meeting from 10 a.m. to noon Friday, June 13, in the State Farm Hall of Business Caterpillar Auditorium.

The team will update the campus community on the status of the LEAPForward projects and program timeline. In addition there will be demonstrations of the new systems.

Anyone unable to attend in person can watch live video from the town hall on the LEAPForward website.

The campuswide LEAPForward Initiative continues to progress in creating the next-generation academic information environment for Illinois State University. The purpose of the initiative is to replace the aging technology systems at ISU and allow for ease of reporting and analyzing data.

The benefits of this upgrade will enable information integration throughout the entire campus; reduce duplication between departments; and allow faculty, students, and staff a chance to complete tasks in a more rapid time. This necessary change will allow Illinois State University to maintain its competitive advantage.
