As a service to Illinois State students and employers, the Career Center hosts on-campus interviews to connect students with employers.
Many employers host “Meet the Firm” presentations to allow students to learn about their companies on a more personal level. During these sessions students meet company representatives, learn about their companies, and ask questions to get to know the companies and their representatives better for future career consideration and professional networking.
Students can view a list of upcoming “Meet the Firm” presentations and on-campus interviews on the Career Center job posting system Hire-A-Redbird.
Students are encouraged to participate in a mock interview prior to scheduling an on-campus interview to help ensure they are well-prepared. Students can attend mock interviews with employers being hosted this fall by the Career Center, contact their career advisor to schedule one with their advisor, or stop by the Career Center during walk-in hours.
