Time is running out. Why not take the weekend and submit a poster, presentation, or panel for the 2015 University-Wide Teaching & Learning Symposium before the Tuesday, September 30, deadline?

Submission is easy. Just fill out a simple, online form and include a brief (200 word maximum) description of your proposed event.

This year’s theme, “Next Steps in Student Engagement,” encourages teachers and staff at Illinois State to focus on practical ways to enhance learning by helping students to actively participate in the classroom and beyond. Proposals may be for a poster, an individual presentation, or a panel presentation. Posters will be produced for participants by the Center for Teaching, Learning, and Technology (CTLT) at no cost.

Review of submissions will begin immediately, and presenters will be notified of acceptance by the end of October. The 2015 University-Wide Teaching & Learning Symposium will be held Wednesday, January 7, 2015, at the Marriott Hotel & Conference Center in Uptown Normal. If you need an accommodation to participate in this event, please call the CTLT front desk at (309) 438-2542.
