Enjoy two great workouts combined into one class with Rock Spin!

Come out to the Student Fitness Center on March 23 from 2:30–4 p.m. for this free class offered to students and SFC members. You’ll spend time cycling and climbing on the wall in this challenging and innovative class, led by group fitness instructors and certified belayers. The class will be set up in a circuit format and is sure to make you sweat.

No experience is necessary and there is no cost for the class, but you must register online or at the SFC Welcome Center by March 20 at noon.

“Rock Spin adds a new element to your basic cycle class,” said Leah Sanders, graduate assistant of fitness. “Participants should be prepared for a fun but challenging workout. Utilizing the climbing wall, bouldering cave, body weight training, and cycle bikes, this class will get your heart rate up and challenge your body in new ways.”

Challenge yourself to something new by working up a sweat cycling and reach new heights. Class will be held in the climbing area where bikes and climbing gear will be provided. For more information, visit the website or call (309) 438-3237.
