Campus Recreation’s fitness program already offers dozens of group fitness classes for participants of all levels, but now there’s even more incentive to come and work out.

The Find Your Fit program encourages participants to attend various group fitness classes to build connections and earn an exclusive prize at the same time. Student Fitness Center members can relax in yoga, work up a sweat in cycling, learn new dance moves in Zumba, or take advantage of any other class for a great workout.

Classes vary from one to three points, and point totals are tracked on the Find Your Fit card. Cards can be picked up during any fitness class starting on March 23 through April 18. After each class, have the card signed by the instructor. Once you reach a total of 18 points, turn in the card to Student Fitness Center Room 103A on April 20–22 to receive your prize.

“The goal of this program is to provide a great way for members to get a little out of their comfort zone by sampling many different group fitness classes,” said Leah Sanders, graduate assistant of fitness. “Plus they have the incentive of a free prize for earning all 18 points.”

Take advantage of this incentive program to try out a variety of fitness classes, work towards fitness goals, and have fun with friends. Prizes are limited to the first 100 complete cards received, so get started on March 23. For more information, visit the website or call (309) 438-3237.
