The United International Association (UIA) will be hosting the 44th annual International Fair at Illinois State University on Saturday, March 21 in the Brown Ballroom of the Bone Student Center.
The event, which runs from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., is free and open to the public.
The International Fair provides the Bloomington-Normal community with a unique exposition featuring food, music, entertainment and traditional, cultural clothing from around the world. Student groups and community organizations will host country- and region-specific displays and booths, which will feature a variety of clothing, artwork and cultural artifacts.
Performances of traditional music and dance will take place on the main stage from student and community performers. Visitors will be able to sample and purchase a wide variety of ethnic foods and snacks prepared by international students, local restaurants and community members.
