After flying off store shelves last fall, Reggie Redbird’s first-ever children’s book is now available for download from Apple’s iBooks store.

Hundreds of Redbird fans have purchased hardcover copies of Where Are All the Redbirds? since it was released in September 2014. Now, the popular children’s book is available for download (for $2.99) with iBooks on your Mac or iOS device, and with iTunes on your computer. It can be read with iBooks on your Mac or iOS device.

The University’s first children’s book was created by Illinois State illustrator Mike Mahle with writer Susan Blystone. The book is sold at various Bloomington-Normal retailers and online.

Where are all the Redbirds? tells the story of Reggie’s quest to find out why he’s the only Redbird among his forest friends, and whether there are other Redbirds like him elsewhere. Through beautiful illustrations, Reggie’s travels take him to many locations that will be familiar to Illinois State students and alumni.

The book will be available soon for Amazon Kindle. Here’s where you can find hard copies in store.
