There’s even a show about a cat in space!

The Illinois State University Planetarium presents the family program Larry Cat in Space, now through July 17. Show times will be 2 p.m. on Wednesdays and 7:30 p.m. on Fridays. There will be no show on Wednesday, June 3.

The show follows the inquisitive Larry the Cat as he stows away in his owner’s baggage and becomes the first cat on the moon. Admission to the Planetarium is $4 for adults, $3 for children ages 5 to 12 and seniors, and $2 for children ages 3 to 4.

The Planetarium is located under the white-domed roof at the eastern end of Felmley Hall of Science at the corner of School Street and College Avenue, in Normal.
