With more than 3,500 graduates this spring, Illinois State’s commencement weekend required a big team of people to plan and host our six ceremonies.

The Graduation Services unit in the Dean of Students Office oversees commencement. From rehearsals with speakers to arranging live video streaming forĀ each ceremony, the Graduation Services team and their volunteers do a tremendous a job keeping the entire operation running smoothly.

Just how big a job is it? Watch the video above to find out. It shows nearly 1,400 students graduating during the College of Arts and Sciences ceremony on Friday, May 8.
