Sister Circles is a free, annual full-day workshop aimed at providing support to campus community members who identify as female.

The Fall 2015 installment, “Mind, Body & Soul,” will be Saturday, November 7. The workshop will address issues of positive imagery, mindfulness, spirituality, identity, and personal development. Under the leadership of Diversity Advocacy, the event will feature small group discussions, presentations, group readings, creative expression, and other activities.

“The workshop is geared toward empowering participants to discover what wellness means to them, as well as giving them the tools and encouragement to make positive changes for themselves and others.”
