The history of the Ropp Family Farm will be the topic of this week’s University Club (U-Club). Owners and Manager of Ropp Jersey Cheese Store and Family Farm Ken and Becky Ropp will discuss the history of the farm, which predates the founding of the Town of Normal from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Friday, October 23, in the Faculty/Staff Commons of Bone Student Center.

They will also describe the processes involved in the making of their popular artisanal cheeses. The presentation will begin at 4:30 p.m. All faculty, staff, retirees, and their guest are welcome. Club membership is not required.
