Navigating nutrition information and figuring out what to eat can be confusing. Join Campus Dining Services, Health Promotion and Wellness, and other wellness organizations to celebrate healthy eating at Nutri-Fest on Friday, April 29, in the Bone Student Center. For more than five years this annual event connects attendees with helpful information while they enjoy trying new healthful foods.

Enjoy food samples and cooking demonstrations while visiting with campus and community organizations. This year’s attendees include Campus Dining Services, Health Promotion and Wellness, Campus Recreation, University of Illinois Extension OfficeDowntown Bloomington Association Farmers’ Market, McLean County Health Department, and more!

When: 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, April 29
Where: Circus Room, Bone Student Center
What: Food samples, cooking demonstrations, prize drawings, health and nutrition information and resources, and more! This is a free event for students, faculty, staff, and retirees of Illinois State University.
