The Career Center is pleased to announce that Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) has joined the Redbird family of supporters by becoming a Career Center Platinum Partner.

Through the Career Center Partner Program, companies are able to generously provide support that specifically assists the Career Center with developing, enhancing, and implementing innovative career development programs and services. The companies also have opportunities to connect with Illinois State talent.

ADM is one of the world’s largest agricultural processors and food ingredient providers, with more than 32,300 employees serving customers in more than 160 countries. With a global value chain that includes 428 crop procurement locations, 280 ingredient manufacturing facilities, 39 innovation centers and the world’s premier crop transportation network, ADM connects the harvest to the home, making products for food, animal feed, and industrial and energy uses.

“Illinois State University is one of the top five schools ADM recruits from. We recruit for agriculture, business, computer science, economics, information systems, and management students for entry-level, full-time and internship opportunities,” said Staffing Specialist Megan Harshbarger, of ADM College Relations. “We always find excellent students year after year across all disciplines, so it only made sense that we become a Platinum Partner.”

The Career Center is pleased to welcome ADM to the Redbird family of Platinum Partners. “Over the years, ADM has recruited many of our students from a variety of majors for their open positions,” said Career Center Director Pamela Cooper. “We are extremely proud of our long-standing relationship and their commitment to recruiting Illinois State talent.”

ADM joins other Career Center Platinum Partners and industry leaders: Caterpillar Inc., C.H. Robinson Worldwide Inc., Cintas, College Pro, Country Financial Services, and Liberty Mutual.
