The Christian rock band Newsboys will make Illinois State University a stop on their new “Love Riot Tour,” heading to 40 cities around the country. The Grammy-nominated artists will perform at Illinois State University’s Braden Auditorium on Thursday, October 27.

Tickets are on sale at at the Braden Box Office, and at ticketmaster.com.

In addition to fan favorites from the iconic group’s unparalleled career, Newsboys’ “Love Riot Tour” will also feature selections from their latest FairTrade Services album. Love Riot recently debuted at #1 on Billboard’s Top Rock Albums chart and Top Alternative Albums chart, along with topping numerous other national charts, marking one of the biggest sales weeks for a Christian artist to date this year.

Helping define the sound of Christian music for more than two decades, Newsboys’ live performances—including their recently concluded “We Believe…God’s Not Dead” 2015-2016 Tour—continue to sell out venues across the country. Comprised of lead vocalist Michael Tait, Jody Davis (guitar), Jeff Frankenstein (keys), and Duncan Phillips (drums), the band has sold more than 8 million units, amassed 33 No. 1 radio hits, four Grammy nominations, two American Music Award nominations, and multiple Dove Awards.
