Open forums for CAST dean position

Finalists have been announced for the College of Applied Science and Technology dean position at Illinois State University. Open forums for the candidates will be October 17, 18, 19, and 20. The campus community is invited to attend the forums.

James Hannon—2 p.m., Monday, October 17
Old Main Room, Bone Student Center
Hannon is currently professor and assistant dean of Academic Affairs and Research in the College of Physical Activity and Sport Science at West Virginia University. He received a bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. He received a master’s degree from Northern Illinois University, and a doctorate from Florida State University.

Rodney Runyan—2 p.m., Tuesday, October 18
Room 401, Stevenson Hall
Runyan is currently professor and director of the School of Family and Consumer Sciences at Texas State University. He received a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University. He received a master’s degree, and a doctorate from Michigan State University.

Todd McLoda—2 p.m., Wednesday, October 19

McLoda is currently professor and senior associate dean in the College of Applied Science and Technology at Illinois State University. He received a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, and a doctorate from Ohio University.

Andy Ju An Wang—2 p.m., Thursday, October 20
Old Main Room, Bone Student Center
Wang is currently professor and dean of the College of Applied Sciences and Arts at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. He received a bachelor’s degree from Zhengzhou University. He received a master’s degree from Changsha Institute of Technology, and a doctorate from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
