The Illinois State University School of Theatre and Dance will present the Fall Dance Concert, opening November 3. Performances will be held in the Center for Performing Arts Theatre and will run through November 5.

The production features exciting performances by members of the Dance Theatre Company and showcases choreography created by Greg Merriman, Sara Semonis, Darby Wilde, and new dance faculty member, Kaley Pruitt. The concert will also feature new choreography by Pittsburgh-based street dance artist, Teena Marie Custer.

Artistic Director Sara Semonis said, “This is a wonderful opportunity to see several different dance styles side-by-side and to experience the sheer power, athleticism, and artistry the performers bring to the stage. Everything from hip-hop to lyrical will be presented. It is a strong show, with some amazing dancing.” Come celebrate fall with the Illinois State Dance Theatre Company.

The Fall Dance Concert performances are on at 7:30 p.m. November 3-5, and at 2 p.m. November 5 at the Center for Performing Arts Theatre.
