U-Club looks at Ghosts of the Prairie

Twilight in Rural America

"Twilight in Rural America," by Alan Cring.

Photographer and artist Alan Cring of the Emergent Light Studio, and assistant professor in the Department of Finance, Insurance and Law, will present “Ghosts of the Prairie” on Friday, October 14, at the University Club in the Faculty/Staff Commons in the Bone Student Center.

The meeting will begin at 3:30 p.m., with the talk commencing at 4:30 p.m.

Cring will show examples of his work and discuss the beauty and enchantment of the prairie landscapes so familiar to us who live here, but perhaps not as fully appreciated as they should be.

All faculty, staff, annuitants, and guests are welcome to attend. Additional information about U-Club events and activities can be found on the University Club website. Continued program support is provided by the Office of the Provost and the Office of the President.
