Greetings, Redbirds!

Illinois State University’s Black Colleagues Association (ISUBCA) would like to thank you for making this year one of the best Illinois State Homecomings in recent memory. Everything from game night to the scholarship brunch went off without a hitch, and we had a fantastic time reconnecting with fellow alumni and friends throughout the weekend. We want to stay connected with you throughout the year and hope you consider becoming a contributing member to ISUBCA.

Your tax-deductible gift helps ISUBCA’s efforts in providing scholarships to students with financial restraints and, more importantly, those that are well-deserving. With the recent start of the fiscal year, ISUBCA reflects on the eventful year it had while looking to do even more this year as it nears the 20th anniversary of its re-chartering. Now is the perfect time to renew a gift or become a donor for the first time!

Although Homecoming is over, there is plenty you can do to stay involved with ISUBCA. Whether it’s planning the next ISUBCA Homecoming weekend or reaching out to a prospective student, ISUBCA needs you. Our mission is to support black students and alumni and, if you attended this year’s scholarship brunch, you heard firsthand from our scholarship recipients the impact the mission has had on them. The ISUBCA Board of Directors hopes to see all of you throughout the year at upcoming events, programs, and conversations. Thank you for all the support!
