Your students may be cramming for their final exams, but you don’t need to cram to get to get those exams graded! The Center for Teaching, Learning, and Technology’s Opscan Evaluation service will be open extended hours during finals week. And don’t forget: Final grades are due a day earlier this semester, on Monday, December 19.

Monday, December 12 • 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday, December 13 • 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday, December 14 • 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Thursday, December 15 • 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Friday, December 16 • 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

CTLT is located at 301 South Main Street, next door to Jimmy John’s.

It usually takes 10 minutes to run test sheets for a single class, but at peak times during finals week, processing times could be as long as 45 minutes. Instructors are welcome to wait in our lobby and enjoy some popcorn, browse the books in our Resource Commons, or pick up evaluated tests later in the week (or have them sent to you by email).

The Opscan Evaluation team can provide you with data in a number of forms. To learn more about the process, including how to load Opscan grades onto your ReggieNet course site, check out this handy online guide.
