Got a great idea that can enhance teaching and student learning at Illinois State? The Center for Teaching, Learning, and Technology (CTLT) can help you put that idea into action through the CTLT Faculty Fellows program. We’re looking for a select number of faculty members to deliver meaningful workshops as part of the 2017 Summer Institute.

Last year, 16 faculty members delivered more than 50 hours of professional development as part of the Faculty Fellows program. The wide range of topics included using improvisation in the classroom, grading without using points, and promoting social justice. Faculty Fellows present in either a half- or full-day format, and CTLT will provide luncheon for full-day workshops. Faculty Fellows often team up to present workshops. CTLT also provides a modest stipend to facilitators.

Explore CTLT’s Faculty Fellows Web page for important information on how to craft your proposal, including example submissions. Once you’re ready, use this online form to apply. Applications for the program will be accepted through February 19.
