Presentations available for leadership, community service

Harriett Steinbach, coordinator of Leadership and Community Connections, presents StrengthsQuest at a staff training

The Leadership and Community Connections unit of the Dean of Students Office offers a variety of presentation topics for classes, student organizations, or other groups related to community service and leadership. Some topics include: the Active Citizen Continuum, Five Meaningful Elements of Community Service, Overview of Leadership, Survey of Leadership Theories, QuikDisc, StrengthsQuest, True Colors, and the Leadership Challenge. Harriett Steinbach, coordinator of Leadership and Community Connections, says, “We look forward to working with more faculty and student organizations to share information that is relevant to the students’ interests, needs, or course outcomes. We presented to several classes in the fall and received overwhelmingly positive feedback.”
