Michael Hill ’16, an alumnus of the Department of Politics and Government, visited Assistant Professor KerriĀ Milita’s POL 232: Public Policy class on February 22.

Hill currently works with both Springfield and the City of Bloomington as a full-time policy analyst. He spoke with the class about career options in the field of public policy.

He also participated in a lunch meeting with students about a full time postgraduate internship opportunity in Springfield where students are paid to work full time, gaining experience as junior policy analysts. Barbara Van Dyke-Brown, the Springfield director of the internship program, also attended the lunch meeting and spoke with students.
