The ISU LGBT/Queer Studies and Services Institute is hosting an open house for campus and community members at 6 p.m. Wednesday, February 1, at the Institute located in the Professional Development Annex building at 205 S. Main St.

The ISU LGBT/Queer Studies and Services Institute is open 11 a.m.-2 p.m. weekdays. The Institute provides resources for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and allied community members on campus. Students, staff, and faculty can study or hang out between classes, learn about campus and community resources, and utilize the LGBTQ library collection.

The space is open during meetings of ISU Pride (LGBTQ student social group) and The League of Extraordinary Genders (trans* and genderqueer support group), and it is where lectures take place for QUEERtalks: New Scholarship in LGBTQ Studies.
