Come out to Dawson Lake in Leroy and enjoy time paddling and floating with the Adventure Program on our Stand Up Paddleboards (SUPs). The lake has plenty of open water that is easily accessible to explore.
The trip will take place from 1-5 p.m. April 29. Instruction will take place on land for anyone who needs it before heading out to the water. A SUP workshop is encouraged, but not required to participate in this trip. Register by April 25 to participate. Cost is just $12 for students/members and $17 for faculty/staff nonmembers. Instruction, transportation, wetsuits, and other equipment are included in the costs.
“Practice your Stand-Up Paddleboarding techniques before the semester is over and take advantage of this unique way to navigate the lake,” said Assistant Director of Adventure Programs Rachel Iversen. “This trip is a great opportunity for all skill levels.”
