Amy Robillard

The Department of English will hold the spring faculty lecture at noon Wednesday, March 29, in Stevenson Hall, room 401. The event is free and open to the public. The faculty speaker for the event will be Professor Amy Robillard and the title of the lecture is “Story, Stripped.”

Robillard is a professor of English at Illinois State University. She has a Ph.D. in composition and cultural rhetoric from Syracuse University. In 2014, she was the recipient of the College of Arts and Sciences Outstanding Teacher Award and John A. Dossey Award for Outstanding Teaching. Her work has been published in various academic journals including The Best of the Independent Rhetoric and Composition Journals and Prototypical Reading: Volume, Desire, Anxiety.
