CAST Academy of Achievement inducts new members

Illinois State University’s College of Applied Science and Technology (CAST) will hosted its Academy of Achievement induction ceremony on Friday, April 21 in the Hancock Stadium Club Room.

The Academy of Achievement brings together CAST alumni who are leaders in their fields and who, through their work, serve as an inspiration to others to pursue similar career paths. Academy inductees represent the different departments and schools within CAST. Full biographies of this year’s inductees can be found online.

The 2017 CAST Academy of Achievement inductees are:

  • Garrett Anderson ’13 B.S., Department of Criminal Justice Sciences
  • Jamie Leonard ’05 B.S., Department of Family and Consumer Sciences
  • Jennifer Harris ’00 B.S. ’03 M.S., Department of Health Sciences
  • Mark Walcott ’02 B.S. ’07 M.S. ’14 Ph.D., School of Information Technology
  • Michelle Jacobs ’11 B.S. School of Kinesiology and Recreation
